❖ Following all recommendations set forth by CDC https://www.cdc.gov.
❖ Maintaining an adequate amount of PPE for Clinicians at all times (mask, gloves, gowns, hand sanitizer, disinfectants).
❖ Practicing Social Distancing.
❖ Promoting Telehealth visits if appropriate for the patient.
❖ Requiring all Clinicians screen themselves prior to starting visits-if experiencing any symptoms, requiring testing to ensure they are negative for COVID-19 before they can return to patient care.
❖ Require all homes be screened for any face to face visits, if patient or anyone in family are experiencing symptoms, Clinicians will not go into home & cannot return to home until individual(s) are symptom free for a minimum of 14 days and/or are tested with confirmed negative results.
❖ Limiting the number of items your Clinicians bring into the home.
❖ Require Clinicians to disinfect all items before entry into another home.
❖ Ongoing updates to our Clinicians as we receive it.
